| Hubbardton Forge’s Airis Sconce designs are a contemporary and innovative approach to dark sky lighting. A choice of four highlighted elements — stainless steel mesh screen, seeded glass tube, textured aluminum plate, or heavily forged steel bar (indoor use only) — provides three very unique lighting effects.
Introduced in 2010 — Hubbardton Forge’s Airis pendants embrace contemporary design and the use of non-traditional materials to create very unique lighting effects. A reflector bulb, housed in a simple steel casing, is coupled with choice of a mesh stainless steel tube or a seeded clear glass tube. The down light of the reflector bulb brings to life these uncommon elements in a minimalistic yet surreal fashion. The understated nature and visual interest of Airis pendants allows for use in any number of configurations. Offered in small and large sizes and with finish options, as well as sconce versions in three sizes. Conceived and handcrafted by skilled designers and craftsmen in Vermont, U.S.A.
