I also e-mailed the customer service department with questions I had before placing the order. The answers to the two questions I received back helped my resolve to place my order. The light was shipped promptly and well packed. Was it everything I hoped it to be? Absolutely! I love it now that it's up, and I have received many compliments on its choice. Thank you, Lighting Universe,for allowing me to easily search through hundreds of choices of lights online, finally narrowing my choices down to a few from which I made my final selection. Dining Room ChandelierI received the chandelier a few weeks ago as you can see from the pictures I modified it using Baccarat crystals that came from an antique chandelier partially destroyed during world war 2 in France, my mother had kept the crystals which had survived the bombing of our house.
